Lung Si Gang previously known as Hawa-Dangra is the popular hotspot for lunch and picnic for people plying from other districts. The spot is often used by officials of Dzongkha as the reception and farewell avenue.
A white stupa is built on the windy hill surrounded by fluttering prayer flags. The area also has one Gazebo where you could sit and relax. Just a meter from the stupa, you ll find local vendors selling fresh local produce.
