Two days retreat of Dzongkhag sector heads in Bumthang ended today. On the final day Dasho Pema, Dzongdag graced the event and shared his happiness of the two days retreat outcome. During the two days retreat participants brainstorm on Vision of Dzongkhag, Drawing out strategies on APA, endorsement of Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) and Tsirang Dzongkhag Core Values.
We deliberated on Tsirang Core Values and agreed on TSIRANG which stand for Teamwork, Selfless, Integrity, Resourcefulness, Astuteness, Neatness, Growth. Besides we have instituted Tsirang Think Tank committee for any development related activities in Dzongkhag. This committee will find solution and address issues in Dzongkhag.
The participants visited Dozam park, Bee keeping association and Lhakhangs to take home idea.
