ln continuation to the ongoing gastric cancer screening program, Dzongkhag Health Sector has planned for final stage of Gastric Cancer screening program that is Endoscopy from 24/8/22 to s/l 1/2022. Therefore, all concem are requested to inform your friends, relatives and public to avail the services from the nearest health center as per the schedule attached.
Target population are people 40-75 years with the following risk factors:
1), People with the history atrophic gastrities
2). History of H.pylori infection
3). People with the history of Gastric cancer in the family
4) Any patient with history of dyspepsia with alarm features
5) Alcohol/tobacco consumption/smoking
